Celebrities from Sissy Spacek for Gregg Allman for mother Michelle Obama have books that came out in May. Most memoirs, but some reality star trying their hand at fiction.

the two of us: My Life with Farrah by Ryan O Neal (Crown archetype $ 26, nonfiction). The actor, who announced last week that he has prostate cancer, reflects the relationship with the late Farrah Fawcett rooftop.

Ireland artist Louis le Brocquy died in Dublin on 95

DUBLIN (AP) — Ireland expressionist painter, Louis le Brocquy, known for abstract portrait of Ireland literature and art stars, died Wednesday. She was 95.

Ireland President Michael d. Higgins praised the work of le Brocquy as “among the country’s most valuable cultural assets.”

His family said he died at his home in Dublin with his wife of 54 years, artist Anne Madden, at his side. The cause of death was not announced, but he has been sick for the last year.

Born in Dublin in 1916, le Brocquy traveled extensively in Europe throughout his career the seven-decade and is a painter who achieved in oils and watercolors, Illustrator, lithographer, sculptor and maker of tapestries. His most famous regularly ordered six figure prices at auction for two decades, reflects its status as the greatest living painter in Ireland.

In the late 1930s he studied art in London and Venice, settled on the French Riviera, but escaped back to Ireland to escape the Nazi occupation in 1940.

London Marathon: Top runners, celebrities and amateur all stay tuned …

This wait is almost over for fun runners, amateur athletes, celebrities and the elite sportsmen and women who took part in the Virgin London Marathon.

Organizers estimated about 36,500 competitors will take their place in the line beginning in Greenwich on Sunday morning.

Forecasters predicted drier weather and bright as the race will take place but warned there was a chance of rain later.

Despite the attraction of Harry Prince presents the Trophy to the winner, runners will use the race as a stepping stone for the Olympics this summer.

Salman Khan again has launched a new entrant in the world of acting.

This time it was Boney Kapoor’s son Arjun Kapoor will be seen making his debut this year with muchtalked about the film Ishaqzaade.

Although he is expected to become an actor, Arjun has always wanted to be a Director. He started by becoming the Assistant Director in films like Kal Ho Na Ho and Wanted.

It was Salman Khan, who saw him on set of Wanted and realized she had to in front of the camera rather than behind it.

Salman has continued to observe on the set of the movie, Arjun Wanted.

Actors clearing its shelves of books: The Michael Lerner Collection at the Seattle Post Intelligencer’s Bonhams

He is best known for his Academy Award-nominated ® as Jack Lipnick, Louis b. Mayer infused the characters in movies, Coen brothers ‘ Barton Fink.

But Michael Lerner has been entertaining us on stage and screen since the late 1960s, he has made guest appearances on television shows like the Brady Brunch classic, The Odd Couple and M * A * S * H and also appeared as a guest star in an episode of the popular HBO series Entourage. The Film resumes just as impressive. From the Godzilla role in Eight Men Out, from Elf to The Mod Squad, and of The Postman Always Rings Twice for Harlem nights.

I had a chance to catch up by phone with Lerner talk books and upcoming auctions.

First, why now? Parting with every collection is a feat in and of itself but to Lerner’s decision was easy. Turning 70, wants to simplify life and his desire to spend more time living in “favorite city in the world,” London.

Lerner was not only graduated from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, but his first film appearance in a film by one of her roommates in the Academy. Her name is Yoko Ono and film no. 5 (“The Smile”) starring John Lennon!
